Our Colombia Sugarcane Decaf is carefully selected to deliver the sweetness and balance Colombian coffees are known for — without the caffeine.

Using the natural sugarcane decaffeination process, caffeine is gently removed while preserving the coffee’s original character. The result is a cup that is smooth, sweet and satisfying, with notes of chocolate, brown sugar and subtle red fruit.

Roasted to a balanced omni profile, this coffee performs beautifully across both espresso and filter brewing methods.

Sugarcane Decaf

The sugarcane (EA) method uses ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugarcane to naturally remove caffeine from green coffee. This process is widely valued for maintaining clarity, sweetness and body in the final cup.

The result is a decaf coffee that still tastes like great coffee.
