We are two good friends united by a lifelong passion for coffee. Over the years, we’ve managed and owned successful coffee shops, explored countless brewing methods, and shared conversations with baristas, roasters, and enthusiasts from around the world. Each experience deepened our appreciation for coffee and the community around it.

In 2015, we took our first step into roasting and opened a small specialty coffee house in Crystal Palace, London. With only a modest roasting setup, we experimented tirelessly with different beans and roasting styles until we created our Signature Blend—a coffee that quickly became a favourite with our local community.

Encouraged by this success, and driven by the growing demand, we founded Moresso Coffee in 2021. Our goal was simple: to expand our roasting capacity while staying true to the craftsmanship, quality, and care that had defined us from the beginning.

Today, our journey as roasters continues to evolve. What started as two friends chasing a passion has become a thriving roasting business built on dedication, curiosity, and a love for exceptional coffee. We’re proud of how far we’ve come—and even more excited about what’s ahead.
