Bloom is a beautifully balanced organic coffee produced by women farmers from the El Bombo Cooperative in Pitalito, located in the renowned coffee-growing region of Huila, Colombia.
Grown at elevations between 1,720 and 1,810 metres above sea level, this coffee comes from small farms averaging just three hectares in size. The producers cultivate a mix of traditional Colombian varieties which are carefully handpicked and fully washed to highlight clarity, balance and sweetness in the cup.
Bloom offers a comforting and approachable flavour profile. Expect smooth notes of chocolate and caramel, complemented by soft red fruit and a delicate citrus lift. The high altitude and washed processing create a clean and structured cup with gentle brightness.
